This role includes supporting leaders with strategic planning, managing and embedding change, involving people through facilitated focus groups, developing or refreshing performance management processes, developing recognition and reward schemes and measuring the impact/progress of the changes. Anne’s knowledge is based on her experience of seeing best practice in action and using this knowledge to support the development of her client organisation.
