Who is behind the business?

Anne’s passion for people and their development, analysis and business growth has encouraged her to bring these together and develop her unique approach to helping organisations become EXTRAordinary.  No matter what the sector or size of your organisation, you need your people behind (with?) you, whether these are employees, customers, participants or volunteers.

Anne has gained over 20 years of experience in business analytics, business support and the development of people. She is passionate about working with organisations and their people to better understand their thinking and gather their feedback in a positive, confidential way. This (you want a word like discreet or non-threatening here I think to get across your approach – it isn’t aggressive and intimidating) involving approach to questioning enables Feedback Solutions to create a safe and supportive environment for people and organisations to grow and develop together.
